Where every child is special

In a quiet villa in the heart of Diera, Dubai; Salam Nursery opens its doors. Since 1986, Salam Nursery has cared for over 4000 children, many of whom now send their children to Al Salam.

The legacy begins, demand for high quality education and a safe, caring environment brought Al Salam Private School into being. As one of the few schools welcoming children from all backgrounds and cultures, many families found a new home at Al Salam.

In 2015, Al Salam participated in the PISA and TIMSS assessments. Our results were outstanding with a worldwide ranking and scoring significantly above the UAE Target and National averages. This milestone set the bar for the high achievement Al Salam would pursue as part of its identity.

In Dubai, more than 7,000 Year 5 students participated in PIRLS 2021, an international assessment measuring reading achievement.
